You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities performed with your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must immediately notify the Flores team.
Flores offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Premium plans grant users access to advanced audience analysis and comment mining features.
Certain features may be subject to usage limits, as defined by the nature of the technology used. This includes, but is not limited to, features that depend on Artificial Intelligence (AI), whose use may be restricted by the number of analyses performed or the volume of data processed.
These limitations may be applied to all users, regardless of their subscribed plan. If new usage limits are implemented, users will be clearly informed about these limits and about available options to expand the use of these features.
We reserve the right to alter or add features and respective usage limits on the Flores platform at any time. Any significant modification will be communicated in advance and clearly to ensure users can make informed decisions about continued use of the platform.
You commit to using the platform responsibly, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The user will be solely responsible for the information provided, as well as for all activities associated with the use of their account. Flores will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless platform failure is proven.
Flores reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without the need for prior notice. Additionally, users may request cancellation of their account at any time through the platform settings. The consequences of such cancellation, such as loss of access to paid features, will be informed to the user before the final action.
By registering, you agree to receive emails and notifications about Terms of Service updates, Privacy Policy, platform news, and promotional offers. Flores commits to protecting data provided by users, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Flores is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to platform use. Use of all features, free or paid, is at the user's own risk.
The Flores platform may contain links to third-party sites or services, which are not operated or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties.
Flores reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be notified through the platform or by email. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the Terms to check for any changes.
These Terms of Service will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Brazilian laws. Any litigation related to platform use must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará, Brazil.
